PIAG Pulse Survey Results September 2023

This time last year, PIAG asked its members to complete a quick survey so that we could "take a pulse" on the Georgia print industry. PIAG recently asked members to answer the same questions to identify trends and see what has and hasn't changed for members and the industry.

Thank you to those members who shared their insight. Based on the responses: 

• 18 members participated, of which 78% were Active and 22% were Associate members.
• 33% of respondents said sales were up compared to this time last year, 28% said sales are about the same, and 39% said sales are down.
• Last year, a majority of sales (72%) were up compared to 2021. 
• Over half of respondents (66%) had a very positive or somewhat positive outlook for their business for the remainder of 2023, which is a similar percentage compared to last year's survey (68%). 
• Staffing and labor continues to be one of the biggest business challenges.
