In this webinar, Dr. Ralph Williams will discuss helpful insights from the April 2023 Printing Industry Performance & Insights (PIPI) – Financial Benchmarking Report. "Discuss" is a key word, as we will address your questions and seek your insights. From our report and discussion, we hope to provide you with financial benchmarking tools and enhance your ability to use those tools.
Participants will be allowed, and encouraged, to ask questions and openly discuss the topics directly with Dr. Williams.
What is the Printing Industry Performance and Insights (PIPI)?
The Printing Industry Performance and Insights (PIPI) studies provide company leaders with knowledge, tools, and actionable recommendations based on survey data collected from print association members from around the country, including PIAG. The studies are conducted in partnership with Dr. Ralph Williams and Middle Tennessee State University. View Past Reports
Presenter:
Dr. Ralph Williams is an Associate Professor of Management at the Jones College of Business, Middle Tennessee State University. For over 25 years, Dr. Williams served as president of three commercial printing companies, holding a major ownership stake in two of those firms. He was then a consultant for multiple companies before entering academia.
