Meeting Rooms

For your next business meeting or event, consider PIAG’s Education and Training Center. PIAG offers the ideal setting to host your meeting or event and can accommodate up to 130 people. We are conveniently located in Cobb County just outside the perimeter off South Cobb Drive with easy access to I-285, I-75 and I-20.

PIAG offers affordable meeting space and allows you the freedom to bring in your own food or contract with local catering vendors. Our center has its own entrance, lobby and registration area. The 690 square foot lobby can be used to host breaks, buffets, receptions, vendor displays or breakout sessions. Our fully equipped kitchen area is available to your group or caterer.

Meeting Space

Ben Franklin Room

Ben Franklin Room
The Ben Franklin Room is an ideal option for larger groups. This 34’x72′ room with 10′ ceilings can be configured in a number of ways.

Seating Capacity
Theater – 130 people
U-Shape – 30-40 people
Classroom – 60-70 people
The Ben Franklin room features rolling floor-to-ceiling wall panels that can be moved, allowing the room to be divided into up to three separate rooms (Ben Franklin I, II and II). When divided, each room measures approximately 24’x34′ with 10″ ceilings, creating meeting space for breakout sessions and smaller meetings. When closed, the dividers ensure complete privacy.

Ben Franklin I

The Ben Franklin I has an 8′ outside door for moving in equipment and materials and features one floor-to-ceiling wall panel. The floor is stressed to bear the weight of equipment equivalent to a small four-color press.

Classroom – 30 people
Theater – 60 people

Ben Franklin II

The Ben Franklin II is the middle section and features two floor-to-ceiling wall panels.

Ben Franklin III

Ben Franklin 3
The Ben Franklin III is normally kept in a boardroom setting equipped with large, overstuffed swivel chairs and features one floor-to-ceiling wall panel. This room has an 8′ outside door for moving in equipment and materials.

Boardroom – 26 people

Depending upon the configuration selected

  • Chairs may be set-up along the perimeter of the room to provide additional seating;
  • Tables may be set-up along the perimeter of the room to provide space for meeting materials, etc.;
  • Extra tables may be set-up immediately outside the meeting room to provide space for meeting materials, etc.

Catering

PIAG does not provide food and beverage but will be happy to provide you with a list of caterers or restaurants that deliver in the area.

Audio Visual Equipment

PIAG maintains an inventory of audio visual equipment. If you are interested in renting audio visual equipment from PIAG, please ask for our price list detailing equipment and costs.

Parking

80 Parking spaces are available. Additional parking space within walking distance can be arranged if needed. Advanced notification is required.

Operating Hours

Meeting space is available Monday — Friday 8:30 am — 5:00 pm. Extended hours are available for additional fees. Holidays are excluded.
